2020 Presidential rerun
Presidential elections: 2 July
Subsequent to the elections, Malawi's Constitutional Court found that there had been large scale irregularities and therefore that the Presidential election had to be rerun within 150 days. In March, the Malawi Electoral Commission announced that the new election date will be the 2nd of July 2020.

Last date for submission of names of election observers: 22 June
End of campaign: 30 June, 06:00
Polling day: 2 July
Announcement of results: 3-10 July
